

Kimberly’s ten-year experience in all aspects of online marketing and internet strategy has helped senior leadership teams at BMW, Mercury Marine, Purina, Tidy Cats, Nikon, Hewitt Associates, Grainger, Chicago Board of Trade, Loan to Learn, Canyon Ranch and others deploy successful business and marketing initiatives on the web. Her expertise spans from user research to strategy and vision, to e-commerce and customer-experience innovation. Before joining the firm, Kimberly was the Creative Director at Art.com, responsible for its rebirth after the sale from Getty images, resulting in a 400% revenue increase over two years. Prior to Art.com, Kimberly was part of the Fallon McElligott team that first explored the Internet as a commerical branding medium. From Fallon she joined USWeb/CKS as a web and marketing strategist. Kimberly has lectured at conferences such as MacWorld and World WIT, and has been published in Conversion Chronicals, WebGloo and others.
