Avenue 

Charlene is responsible for client services, operations, and finance at Avenue. She has 16 years of experience in marketing and creative services, and especially enjoys the more logistically challenging projects. Over the course of her career, Charlene has helped companies develop business and marketing strategies, build brands, create websites, and implement direct mail and catalog programs. Prior to joining Avenue, Charlene was President/founder at The Chicago Catalog Group, and Senior VP at Haggin Marketing, where she led teams on business-to-business and business-to-consumer accounts. Out of the office, she is a volunteer advisor to small businesses and start-ups through SCORE, a partner of the Small Business Administration, and a volunteer pilot through the Pilots N Paws network.

Charlene holds a B.S. In Industrial Technology; an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN; and a Private Pilot's License from the FAA.
