Senior Designer

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to join our energetic team and lead the design for our client base of international businesses and high visibility consumer brands.

You should consider this position if you have at least 5-7 years of experience leading the creative for customer-focused brands. You possess an appreciation and aptitude for smart design-both aesthetically and conceptually-and have an equal appreciation and gift for words. You demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of commerce and popular culture. You're a strategic thinker and a problem solver, a well-organized self-starter with high energy and even higher standards. You're passionate about typography and design, and willing to put in the extra effort if you don't get it right the first time. Web design and production experience, electronic pre-press and on-press experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a sense of humor are all mandatory.

If you are a 'big idea' generator who thrives in a collaborative environment, this is the job for you.

Leadership Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and high energy
• Passionate about design, creativity and typography
• Demonstrable samples of industry-leading design solutions (print and web)
• Team players only

Design Requirements:

• Four year Design degree or equivalent
• Outstanding conceptual and visual design skills
• Experience with integrated campaign development, and the ability to concept and implement across a wide range of media, including internet
• Must demonstrate a thinking process. No "stylists"
• Passionate about type and mastery of typography

Technical Requirements:

• Expert-level Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Understanding of website development process and HTML, Flash experience a plus
