Senior Designer (Web Emphasis)

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Web/Interactive Designer to contribute to the creation of cutting-edge websites and other electronic communications for our client base of international businesses.

You should have a minimum of three to five years of professional interactive agency experience leading the creative for consumer-focused brands; but if you're fresh out of school and have an absolutely fantastic portfolio, go for it. You possess an appreciation and aptitude for smart interactive design - both interface and usability. You are as comfortable with typography as you are with Actionscript. You demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of popular culture, technology and internet trends. You're a well-organized self-starter with high energy and even higher standards, passionate about interactive design and willing to put in the extra effort to get it right. Experience with Flash, dynamic website design and production, and a sense of humor are all mandatory.

You should be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (Actionscript 2.0), and HTML/CSS, with working knowledge of JavaScript. Your work should demonstrate strong visual design, interface design, animation skills and non-linear thinking. After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Maya/3d Max skills a plus. Experience with ASP, PHP and other programming languages appreciated.

Design Requirements:

• Four year Design degree or equivalent
• Outstanding conceptual and visual design skills
• Experience with large-scale ecommerce and dynamically database-driven website design
• Understanding of Information Architecture and basic principles of usability
• Must demonstrate a thinking process, and be passionate about typography, No "stylists"

Technical Requirements:

• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite and website development programs
• Expert-level knowledge of website development process and HTML, Flash experience a plus
• Skilled on both Windows and Mac
